CF34 HEAVY DUTY TIGER COMPOSITE FRP FIBERGLASS DOOR

Doors are Seamless in design.
Face sheets are commercial quality 1/8" in thickness. Door faces and vertical edges are flush with no visible seams. Face sheets are totally supported by polyurethane adhesive.
Density of foam core exceeds 2 pcf and has a crush strength of 3600 psf.
Doors have a full lifetime warranty.
Hinge edges are mortised for 4-1/2' or 5" as specified.
High Density polyethylene blocking to be located at each hardware location, predrilled pilot holes.
Lock edge has a standard bevel and is prepared for specified hardware.
Closer reinforcement to be pultruded FRP blocking.
Finish: Doors are supplied with one coat of factory primer or two-part polyurethane enamel finish coating from a selection of standard colors or custom colors as specified.

Concealed Vertical Rod Devices are not recommended because they would require 5” Hollow Metal Edge Channels.
Doors with vision lites require fire rated glass which can be supplied by glass or glazing supplier.

1-3/4" Thick FRP faced door with an exceptional wood face appearance
A semi embedded wood grain version of doors with pebble embossed face sheets.
This fiberglass face sheet can receive a factory applied stain or paint while still allowing a wood grain to appear thru the finish.
The finish receives a factory applied clear U.V. protective coating.
