CF34 Heavy Duty Composite FRP Fiberglass Door

• 1-3/4" thickness.

• Doors are Seamless in design.

• Face sheets are commercial quality 1/8" in thickness. Door faces and vertical edges are flush with no visible seams. Face sheets are totally supported by polyurethane adhesive.

• Density of foam core exceeds 2 pcf and has a crush strength of 3600 psf.

• Doors have a full lifetime warranty.

• Hinge edges are mortised for 4-1/2' or 5" as specified.

• High Density polyethylene blocking to be located at each hardware location, predrilled pilot holes.

• Lock edge has a standard bevel and is prepared for specified hardware.

• Closer reinforcement to be pultruded FRP blocking.

• Finish: Doors are supplied with one coat of factory primer or two-part polyurethane enamel finish coating from a selection of standard colors or custom colors as specified.

Designed to take extreme punishment in even the harshest corrosive environments. Multiple core options: Polystyrene, polyurethane, honeycomb, & end-grain balsa wood.
